Canada-first shipping

VarietyKart is launching primarily in Canada. Products are shipped directly by approved suppliers or fulfilment partners. Availability, shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for the customer’s address. An order is accepted only when checkout provides an available shipping option.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing time can vary by product, supplier, weekends, holidays, and order verification. Delivery estimates begin after processing and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Shipping rates and delivery

The shipping charge and estimated delivery window available for an order are displayed at checkout before payment. Carrier delays, severe weather, remote-area delivery, high-volume periods, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery timing.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. When this happens, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee after checkout unless you approve a change.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available from the supplier or carrier. Tracking may take up to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation to begin showing movement.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@varietykart.com immediately if an address needs correction. Changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, a package appears lost, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with the order number. We will work with the supplier and carrier to investigate and provide next steps. Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping label while a claim is reviewed.

Other markets

Shipping to the United States or another country will be offered only when that market and the product’s domestic fulfilment arrangement are active. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we cannot accept the order for that destination.
