Delivery time: 7–15 business days

VarietyKart ships to customers across Canada. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days of being placed. This estimate includes 1–3 business days to prepare your order. Products are shipped directly by approved suppliers or fulfilment partners.

Shipping rates

The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee after checkout unless you approve a change.

What can affect delivery timing

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote and northern locations, large or oversized items, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods and events outside our reasonable control can add time.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different suppliers or packed in more than one carton, so they can arrive separately with their own tracking numbers.

Tracking

We email tracking details once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation to begin showing movement.

Shipping address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@varietykart.com immediately if an address needs correction. Changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will work with the supplier and carrier to investigate and provide next steps. For damaged deliveries, please keep the product, packaging and shipping label while the issue is reviewed.
