Before you apply

Do you accept both Canadian and international suppliers?

Yes. The supplier must be able to support reliable delivery to Canadian customers or provide wholesale inventory under agreed terms.

Will products be sold on marketplaces?

Only where the supplier has granted permission. Marketplace rights, pricing controls and approved channels are confirmed during onboarding.

What documents may be requested?

Depending on the category, we may request business details, product authorization, compliance documents, insurance, price lists, shipping terms and return procedures.

How quickly will products be listed?

Timing depends on commercial approval, catalogue quality, product compliance, integration requirements and the completeness of onboarding information.
